Maruti is known for its CNG cars and now it is giving all its SUVs the CNG treatment. We have been covering all Maruti cars at the Auto Expo and now Maruti has launched the Brezza CNG. So what does the Brezza CNG get? In today’s article, let’s talk about the 2023 Maruti Brezza CNG.
Design
The Brezza CNG comes with the same overall design. So we have the sharp headlamps and chromed out grille. It also gets a stylish air dam, improving the overall design. The side profile gets heavy cladding making the Brezza look bulkier. At the rear, we have L-shaped tail lamps and a CNG sticker on the rear windshield.
2023 Maruti Brezza CNG – Specifications
The Brezza CNG continues with the 1.5-litre K15C DualJet petrol engine. In its petrol form, it is capable of producing 101bhp and 136.8Nm torque. With the CNG setup, power figures drop a bit. The showcased car came with a 5-speed manual gearbox, but their is a high chance that Maruti could offer a six-speed torque converter gearbox on the Brezza CNG. If that happens the Brezza will become the first car in India to come with a proper automatic gearbox on its CNG setup.
Features
Maruti loaded the Brezza with new features when it launched the facelift last year. So the Brezza CNG continues with all the features. So it comes with a 9.0-inch infotainment system, 360-degree camera, heads-up display, cooled glove box, ARKAMYS sound system, ambient lighting etc. Safety features include ESP, hill hold assist,
2023 Maruti Brezza CNG – Pricing and variant
Maruti didn’t reveal the pricing of the Brezza CNG. We expect Maruti to reveal the pricing in the coming months. The Brezza CNG could command a price hike of Rs 70k to 80k depending upon the variants.
