Lamborghini even introduced this model in India officially and many celebrities and rich businessmen bought it instantly. It became the fastest selling Lamborghini in India despite its steep pricing. It is a proper 4 door luxury SUV and is powered by a 4.0 litre V8, twin-turbocharged petrol engine. It generates 650 Ps and 850 Nm of peak torque. It is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and power is sent to all four wheels. Price for a brand new Lamborghini Urus starts at Rs 3.55 crore, ex-showroom. The Actor bought the Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule Edition which is 20 percent more expensive than the regular Urus. Ranveer Singh bought is the Arancio Borealis shade or Candy Orange as common people call it. The Pearl Capsule Edition comes with gloss black finished bumper, body skirtings, blacked out ORVMs, wheel cladding and roof, silver finish on the quad exhaust tips and 22 inch wheels with body coloured calipers.

He was so excited about his SUV that in order to skip the waiting period he paid Rs 50 lakh extra to get his SUV airlifted from Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy, the home of Lamborghini. The waiting period on this SUV at that time was around 3 months.
