TVS Apache RTR 310 Street launched at Rs 2.43 lakh in India

TVS Motor, one of India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturers, has finally launched its newest naked street fighter motorcycle, the TVS Apache RTR 310. This all-new super-aggressive bike has been launched at Rs 2.43 lakh. The company has launched the new Apache RTR 310 in three distinct variants. The first is Arsenal Black without a quickshifter, which is priced at Rs 2.43 lakh. The second is Arsenal Black with a quickshifter, priced at Rs 2.58 lakh, and the last is Fury Yellow, priced at Rs 2.64 lakh in India.

Design

In terms of design, TVS Motor has given the new Apache RTR 310 an extremely aggressive appearance. This new naked street fighter motorcycle features an extremely forward-leaning riding stance.

The foot pegs have been positioned far back. The bike also gets sharp tank shrouds and an exposed rear sub-frame. The bike gets a split-seat setup, and the rear of the bike is raised. The bike on the front will also get a set of split LED headlamps, and the rear taillights will be all-LEDs as well.

TVS has equipped the Apache RTR 310 with a tire pressure monitoring system, brass-coated chain, race-tuned dynamic stability control system, and a climate control seat, which is a first-in-class feature.

Additionally, the bike also gets a 5-inch horizontally mounted TFT display, which can change and tune settings like traction control, cruise control, headlamp brightness, and music via Bluetooth. The bike also gets 5 ride modes.

The Apache RTR 310 also comes with the TVS SmartXonnect connected technology. This Bluetooth-connected app offers a range of telemetry and data. This app helps users with information about detailed post-ride analysis. This analysis consists of information such as gear shifting points, ride pattern analysis, and much more.

Engine and transmission

The all-new TVS Apache RTR 310 has been equipped with a single-cylinder, 4-stroke, fuel-injected, liquid-cooled 312cc engine. This powerplant is capable of producing 35 bhp and 28 Nm of torque.

The bike also gets a 6-speed gearbox, and the top speed of this bike has been reported to be 150 kmph. The company stated that 0-100 in this bike happens in just 7.19 seconds.

Suspension and braking

The bike comes with hybrid trellis and cast frames with a split chassis. Suspension duties on the front of the bike are handled by a USD fork 41mm in diameter. Meanwhile, the rear suspension is a solid die-cast aluminum swing arm directly hinged monoshock, which is pre-load adjustable. The bike gets 17-inch alloy wheels on both ends, and it also gets disc brakes on both ends as well.
