Hyundai i20 N Line facelift launched – Pricing & all details

Earlier this month, Hyundai launched the i20 facelift. That time it didn’t reveal the facelifted i20 N Line model. Now two weeks later, Hyundai has finally launched the i20 N Line facelift too. So what is new on the i20 N Line? In today’s article, let’s talk about the Hyundai i20 N Line facelift. 

Hyundai i20 N Line facelift – Pricing & colours

Let’s straightway jump into the pricing. The Hyundai i20 N Line pricing starts from Rs 12.20 lakh and goes to Rs 14.50 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). You can check out the pricing of all variants in the table below:

Hyundai i20 N Line facelift variant-wise pricing

The new i20 N Line is available in 5 monotone and 2 dual-tone colour options. The colour options include New Abyss black, Atlas White, Titan Gray, Thunder Blue, Starry Night, Atlas White with Abyss Black roof and Thunder Blue with Abyss Black roof. As for warranty the i20 N Line comes with a standard warranty of 3 years/100000km option with an option for extended warranty.  

New standard safety features

First up, there is an array of new safety equipment on the i20 N Line facelift. There is a 6-airbag standard like the normal i20. Other standard safety features include electronic stability control (ESC), hill start assist control, vehicle stability management, 3-point seat belt, vehicle stability management, 3-point seatbelt and reminders for all passengers, tire pressure monitoring system and all disc brakes and automatic headlamps.

Other features

The Hyundai i20 N Line facelift comes with 60+ connected car features, 7 ambient sounds of nature, OTA updates for maps and infotainment, C-type chargers and new embedded VR commands. The rest of the features like the 10.25-inch infotainment system, digital instrument cluster, 7-speaker Bose system, wireless charging pad, sunroof and 60+ connected car features. Also, the i20 N Line comes with fog lamps, which the normal i20 misses out upon.

Hyundai i20 N Line facelift – Specifications

There is good news for all the enthusiasts looking to buy the i20 N Line. Hyundai has introduced a manual gearbox on the 1.0-litre turbo petrol. It has discontinued the iMT gearbox, while the DCT option continues on the i20 N Line facelift. Specs-wise, this engine continues to produce 118bhp and 172Nm of torque. Also note, that the 1.0-litre turbo petrol is now exclusively offered on the i20 N Line. So Hyundai has added a sense of differentiation between the normal i20 and i20 N Line. 

Exterior & interior changes

Hyundai i20 N Line facelift front design

Hyundai has changed the exterior design of the i20 N Line facelift. We have a new signature chequered grille design with the N Line badging. There is also a new headlamp and DRL design. The side profile is more or less similar, barring the new N Line-specific 16-inch alloy wheels.

Hyundai i20 N Line facelift interior design

In the interior, the i20 N Line facelift comes with an all-black interior with red inserts. We also have an N Line-specific 3-spoke steering wheel, leather seats with the N Line logo, leather-wrapped gear shifter and red ambient lighting.
