Important update for Mahindra SUV owners!

Mahindra’s plan to solely focus on SUVs has worked like a charm for the brand. Another major factor is how Mahindra has quickly modernised its line. The launch of Thar in 2020, then the XUV700 in 2021 and Scorpio-N in 2022 have shown the brand’s ambitions. Now Mahindra has issued a service action for all three SUVs mentioned above – Thar, XUV700 and Scorpio-N. In today’s article, let’s talk about this important update for Mahindra SUV owners.

According to media reports, Mahindra has issued a service action for its SUVs. These include the XUV700, Scorpio-N and the Thar. The service action is issued to replace the flex plate bolt, torque converter bolt & propeller shaft bolts. The bolts come in as a set, which includes 11-12 bolts. Why is Mahindra doing it? The brand hasn’t specified the exact reason, so it doesn’t seem to be a defect. It seems to be a common practice manufacturers do to improve products over their life cycles. Customers can get more information regarding this by entering their registered phone number and Vehicle identification number (VIN) on Mahindra’s website

Mahindra is working on a sleeve of new SUVs for the Indian market. This includes the upcoming Bolero Neo Plus. Yes, Mahindra has launched the Neo Plus, but only as an ambulance. We can soon expect its passenger vehicle version. Then, we can expect the launch of the much anticipated Mahindra Thar 5-door. After that, we could see the Born Electric cars starting with the XUV.e8 in 2024, followed by XUV.e9 in 2024. then we have the BE.05 coming in October 2025, followed by the BE.07 coming in April 2026.#
