In 2021, Hyundai launched the Casper compact car in South Korea. Now, the brand is preparing to launch its EV version. The EV has been spotted testing in Europe. The Casper is only sold in South Korea, but it’s EV version is expected to be launched in Europe as well. According to reports, it will come with a bigger wheelbase for the European market. Hyundai is not going to bring the Casper EV to India, so why are we talking about it? Stick around as we answer all the questions.

Hyundai small EV – Connection to Exter EV?

The Casper EV is expected to be based on the ‘K1 platform’. Sounds familiar? The K1 platform also underpins the Grand i10 Nios and Exter in India. Considering that Hyundai is already working on an Exter EV, we expect it to share its specifications with the Casper EV. The Casper EV is expected to get a claimed range around the 350km mark, and we can expect a similar sort of range on the Exter EV.
