What to expect?

From Kia’s track record of facelifts, we can expect exterior changes. Probably, we see a longer DRL strip on the facelift model. The LED headlamps and LED fog lamps should continue. Other exterior changes could include new alloy wheels and connected tail lamps. Don’t expect any changes in the dimensions or the seating configuration. In the interiors, we don’t expect radical changes but changes like new upholstery and features. Feature-wise, we can see some big additions like ADAS, 360-degree camera, electrically adjustable seats, electronic parking brake and heads-up display.

Specifications

Being a facelift, we don’t expect any major changes in the specifications. It would continue with its two petrol options – a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated (113bhp/144Nm) and 1.5-litre turbo petrol (158bhp/253Nm). Transmission should continue as manual, iMT, DCT and CVT gearbox. The diesel engine will be the 1.5-litre unit capable of producing 114bhp and 250Nm of torque. The only change here could be the addition of a manual gearbox in addition to the current iMT and torque converter automatic.
