2024 Tata Curvv spotted beside Toyota Hyryder – Curvv looks bigger!

Tata Curvv has been in the limelight ever since it was showcased as a concept SUV. Now it has been a while that we are regularly receiving spy shots of the test mule of Tata Curvv. However in a recent instance, we can see the test mule of Curvv besides its own competitor, Toyota Hyryder. And maybe due to the camera angle, one thing we have to agree on is that the road presence of the Curvv looks promising!

Spy Photos

Coming to take on the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, and other SUVs of the segment, Tata Curvv was spotted besides its own competitor. From the pictures we can see the Toyota Hyryder and Tata Curvv, both in one frame. Now the Hyryder in itself has a good road presence, the Curvv simply grabs more attention. Previously, the spy shots somewhat made us believe that the Curvv could not be as appealing as we think. However, the new spy shot has made us think the other way round.

Compared to the Hyryder, Tata Curvv looks wider with that muscular upright bonnet. Also, the sloping roof is definitely adding to the character of the SUV. What also is noticeable is how high the Curvv stands from the ground! So can we expect more ground clearance than Nexon? Well, we will have to wait for the official figures. We currently do not have the dimensions of the Curvv but it will be longer than Nexon and shorter than the Harrier. Whereas the Toyota Hyryder measures 4,365mm long, 1,795mm wide and 1,645mm tall. Interestingly, the Tata Nexon is slightly wider than the Hyryder at 1,804mm. So, with such a wide stance and muscular body panels, Curvv will surely stand out from its competitors.

2024 Tata Curvv – What else to expect?

Tata Curvv will look like all the recent Tata SUVs. It will get connected LED DRLs, vertically placed LED Headlamps, stylish alloy wheels, connected LED tail lamps and sequential turn indicators. The interior will also carry some similar elements. We can expect a 2 or 4-spoke steering wheel with illuminated logo, touch based climate control panel, premium JBL speakers, and a lot more. Also, the Curvv will probably get a massive panoramic sunroof. It will come in both petrol and EV avatars wherein the EV version will be launched prior to the petrol version.

2024 Tata Curvv – Launch timeline

Recently, there have been reports saying that Tata will start the production of the Curvv EV in 2024 around April or May. If the reports go right, we can see the launch to happen around June or July. Soon after the launch of Curvv EV we could probably see the launch of Curvv petrol happening within a timeframe of one or two months.
