Honda Amaze

The Amaze had been the best-selling car for Honda until the arrival of Elevate. It has helped the brand stay afloat in the market. Honda is offering a cash discount of Rs 25,000 on the Amaze. Then there is a loyalty bonus of Rs 5,000 and a special Honda to Honda exchange bonus of Rs 15,000. Lastly, there is also a Rs 6,000 corporate discount. Talking about the current Amaze, it sits in a unique place being bigger than its compact rivals, but not as big enough as its mid-size rivals. Under the hood, the Amaze comes with a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. The pricing of the Amaze starts from Rs 8.37 lakh and goes to Rs 11.57 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). 

Honda City

The launch of Elevate seems to have affected the sales of City. The demand for City has fallen a lot in the last few months. Honda is offering a cash discount of Rs 25,000 in the City. Additionally, there is a loyalty bonus of Rs 5,000 and a special Honda to Honda exchange bonus of Rs 15,000. Lastly, there is also a corporate discount of Rs 28,000. The City as a product comes with a comes with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine capable of producing 119bhp and 145Nm of torque. Currently, the pricing of the City starts from Rs 13.75 lakh and goes to Rs 18.93 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

The Honda City Hybrid also has some exciting discounts. The City Hybrid has struggled to rake in sales. Honda is offering a direct cash discount of Rs 1 lakh on the City Hybrid. There are no other benefits like exchange bonuses or corporate discounts. The Honda City hybrid comes with a 1.5-litre Atkison Cycle DOHC i-VTEC (97bhp and 127Nm of torque) engine. This engine is mated to Honda’s e: HEV system wherein two motors work in coordination for different purposes. Transmission duties are carried out by an automatic CVT transmission. The Honda City Hybrid claims a mileage of 26.5 kmpl. Pricing of the City hybrid starts from Rs 22.18 lakh and goes to Rs 24.13 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
