Before we understand the price hike, we need to understand what new things the Creta facelift is going to get. For starters, the Creta facelift is going to get an all-new design inspired by the Palisade sold globally. So here we can see a new chromed-out grille and a different design for LED DRLs & headlamps. We are also going to see new alloy wheels and connected tailamps. There are also possibilities for Hyundai to add new colour options to the Creta facelift.

The interior of the car is yet to be spotted in the flesh, but we can expect some changes like a new dashboard layout. There could be a new floating infotainment system and new HVAC controls. Other new features could include a digital instrument cluster, 360-degree camera, heads-up display and dual-zone climate control. The Creta facelift is also certainly going to come with level-2 ADAS like the Seltos facelift. 

Specs

The Creta facelift is going to get the new 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine. This engine is capable of producing 157bhp and 253Nm of torque. Transmission options could include a manual and a DCT gearbox. The facelift will also continue with the existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine. Both engines should continue with their respective transmission options.

Currently, the pricing of the Creta starts from Rs 12.89 lakh and goes to Rs 23.02 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). The new features and design could shoot up the price of the top variants by Rs 70k to 80k. While the mid variants could get the same design, but miss out on some of the new features. This would mean a price hike of Rs 40k to 50k. The base variants could mostly miss out on all the features, but get the new design elements. So we can see a price hike of Rs 20k to 30k here. Considering all this, the pricing of the Creta facelift could start from Rs 13.05 lakh and go to Rs 23.85 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
