Now talking about Tata & Maruti, the Tata Punch recently became the quickest SUV to reach the 4 lakh sale milestone. In fact it created a new record with every 1 lakh sale milestone! Maruti Fronx Sales

Recently, Maruti created a record of quickest 2 lakh sales achievement with the Fronx SUV! The brand sold 2 lakh units of the Fronx in just 17 months! On the other hand, the Punch achieved the same milestone in 19 months. Whereas both the SUVs achieved an initial 1 lakh sale milestone in 10 months. On the other hand, Tata has seen a dip in the sales of Punch in recent times. Whereas the Fronx continues to sell like a hot cake! But what makes the Fronx so special?

For starters, the Fronx is the only Maruti SUV to come with an option for a turbo petrol engine. It is a powerful unit which feels fun to drive in a light weight Fronx SUV. Additionally, it comes with a torque converter gearbox which makes the gearshift seamlessly. Also, the reliability of Maruti has gone in its favour. And yes, the fact that it is a more comfortable choice over Baleno & the unique design could be the buyers preference. Currently, the Fronx is priced between Rs 8.71 lakh & Rs 15.24 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

New Maruti Baleno Regal Edition

Alongside the new record, Maruti have also launched a limited edition of the Baleno hatchback. As we know, the festive season is just around the corner and Maruti has decided to launch a limited edition of the Baleno. Maruti expects to attract buyers with the limited edition of the Baleno. So what exactly is the new Baleno edition? Well, Maruti has introduced the Regal Edition for Baleno which comes with an additional accessory package. And yes, the package has been made available with all the variants of the Baleno.

With the package, the Baleno gets more styling elements on the outside as well as inside. Talking of which, the accessories include – side cladding, front & rear underbody spoiler, chrome front grille and chrome garnish for rear, tailgate & fog lamp. On the inside, the package comes with features like cushions, window curtains, vacuum cleaner, logo projector and a few more! The cost for the package has been priced from Rs 45,000 & Rs 60,000, depending on the variants. Currently, the Maruti Baleno is priced between Rs 7.74 lakh & Rs 11.54 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
