Toyota Fortuner Discount
Among all the variants – Fortuner, Legender, GR Sport, it is the Legender variant which is available with the maximum benefits. Talking of which, the Fortuner Legender gets a cash discount of Rs 75,000. However, Toyota is offering an exchange bonus of Rs 1 lakh against any car model. Additionally, Toyota is also offering a Legender DIO Edition Kit worth Rs 55,000 for free! So overall, the Legender is available with benefits of Rs 2.30 lakh! Currently, the Fortuner Legender is priced between Rs 52.84 lakh & Rs 57.60 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Talking about the product, the Legender model is offered in 4X2 & 4X4 avatars. And yes, the SUV is available with an option for diesel engine only. It comes with a 2.8-litre diesel engine (201 bhp & 500 Nm) – mated to a sole torque converter automatic gearbox.
Fortuner Hybrid Coming
Apart from the ongoing discount, it is said that Toyota will soon launch the Hybrid Fortuner in India. With the hybrid technology, the Fortuner will return enhanced mileage and will also become more silent. Now, the Indonesia spec model recently received a bump in power. The same 2.8-litre diesel engine now produces 225 bhp & 550 Nm. However, it will be interesting to see if Toyota gives the power bump to the India spec model. Along with the improved powertrain, the Fortuner has also received some new features. It includes a larger touchscreen, wireless phone charger, & wireless Android Auto & Apple Carplay. But when will the hybrid Fortuner launch in India? Well, it is said that Toyota might launch the updated Fortuner before the festive season of Diwali!
