In recent times, Tata Motors is facing several software related issues with its products. Ever since the brand launched facelifts of its popular SUVs, the software issues emerged. With a facelift, Tata got few common elements in all its SUVs. All the Tata SUVs have elements like connected LED lights, touchscreen & digital instrument cluster in common. These are new gen products that Tata Motors is using in all the new SUVs. However, buyers are facing several issues with these elements. Even the connected lights of many Tata SUVs were seen not working from the first day itself.

Old Well Known Issue!
The other well known problem is the poor after sale service. In terms of product, Tata Motors have come leagues ahead. From being outdated to offering one of the luxury offerings, Tata SUVs in 2024 are easily one of the best in the segments. However, the after sale service is something which is yet to be improved. There are several cases on the internet that speak about the brand’s after sale service. Even quality control is something management should personally take into consideration.
That said, Tata Motors is way ahead of what it used to be in the past. It makes some exceptional products with excellent overall packages. When we talk about Tata SUVs, we are always busy talking about how good ride quality, handling & features they offer. However, a few areas like software glitches, poor after sale service & quality control should together be improved for better experience. With these factors taken into consideration, Tata Motors sales is expected pick up and will probably again claim the number one spot in the monthly sales chart!
