Recently, the young and upcoming popular actress Palak Tiwari, daughter of television fame actress Shweta Tiwari, was spotted with her humble MG Hector SUV. A video of Palak with her MG Hector has been shared on the internet, where the actress was seen posing with her vehicle.
The video of Palak Tiwari with her MG Hector has been shared on YouTube by Cars For You on their channel. In the video, Palak can be seen stepping out of her vehicle in front of the entrance of a production house. The actress was then asked by the paparazzi to come nearer for better pictures. The actress was smiling and obliged to the requests of the paparazzi, and they clicked a ton of her pictures. She was also seen posing with her Red MG Hector as well. Following her meeting in the production house, she was then seen leaving the office in the Hector, which was being driven by her chauffeur.

Hema Malini also owns MG Hector
Another popular Indian actress who owns an MG Hector is Hema Malini. The veteran actress, who has starred in numerous Bollywood hits, also took delivery of her MG Hector back in 2019. The actress, during the delivery of her car, shared that this SUV was suggested to her by her sister-in-law. She said that it is a very good car and she would love it. Following this, a test drive vehicle was sent to her, and she got to experience the car herself. She states that she likes SUVs more than sedans as they provide a better seating position. The actress has got herself a Hector finished in a shade of Aurora Silver, and she opted for the top-end Sharp variant of the SUV.
The MG Hector owned by Hema Malini is the previous generation model. It is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that was sourced from Fiat. It is the same engine that also powers the Jeep Compass and the Tata Harrier in the Indian market. In the Hector, it produces a maximum of 170 PS and peak torque of 350 Nm. Other cars in Hema Malini’s collection include a Mercedes-Benz ML-Class, Hyundai Santa Fe, and Audi Q5.
New 2023 MG Hector
In other MG Hector news, the company earlier this year, in January, launched the all-new facelifted iteration of the Hector. The exterior and the interior of this new model received a ton of updates. The major highlight of the new 2023 Hector is its interior. For the 2023 model year, MG has completely revamped the cabin of the 2023 Hector with a new layout. It now gets India’s largest 35.56 cm (14-inch) HD portrait infotainment system along with a brand-new user interface. It also gets an innovative first-in-segment Digital Bluetooth Key and Key Sharing capability which, in case of a loss of the physical key, will help the owners to operate the vehicle.
In terms of the safety tech, one of the major highlights of the new MG Hector is Autonomous Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features, including Traffic Jam Assist (TJA), Auto Turn Indicators, lane keep assist, forward collision warning, emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and high beam assist. Furthermore, the company has provided the 2023 Hector with other key safety features such as 6 airbags, a 360-degree HD camera, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Traction Control System (TCS), Hill Assist Control (HAC), all four-wheel disc brakes, a 3-point seat belt for all seats, electric parking brake (EPB), and front parking sensors. Mechanically the car has remained unchanged.
