After what seems like ages, the Czech automaker Skoda Auto has finally revealed the all-new 2024 Skoda Superb. Presently, the new Superb has been shown for the global market in the sedan and Combi estate body styles. Most likely, it will be making its return to India next year. For the 2024 model year, the company has designed the Superb from scratch and has provided it with an extensively redesigned exterior, interior, and a ton of new features. Overall, the car has been made a lot more sustainable with the help of eco-friendly materials.
2024 Skoda Superb Design Updates
Front
First off, let’s start at the front end of the 2024 Skoda Superb. This time around, the Superb has adopted the Czech automaker’s newest design language of “Modern Solid.” The front fascia of the Skoda Superb looks very similar to its predecessors; however, it now features a lot more sharp lines, and the octagonal radiator grille has been changed. The grille gets ample chrome treatment, and together with the newly designed front bumper, it looks very gorgeous. It also gets new LED Matrix beam headlights, and the lower section of the bumper features a huge air dam.
Side Profile and Rear

Moving on to the side profile, the same limousine-like long body of the Superb can be instantly recognized. Apart from the set of new 19-inch turbine-styled alloy wheels, not much has been altered. Coming to the rear end, this is where a slightly more differentiated design can be noticed. The old LED taillights have been replaced with a set of sleeker-looking LED taillights, which add a refreshed appearance. Apart from this, it gets a slightly changed rear bumper as well.
2024 Skoda Superb Dimensions and Colors
The all-new 2024 Superb, according to the company, is larger than its predecessor. As per the company, both the sedan and the estate version of the Superb are longer and taller than before. The length and height on the sedan have been increased by 40 mm and 5 mm, respectively. In Combi estate versions, they are increased by 43 mm and 12 mm, respectively. The boot space on the sedan version has also been increased by 20 liters.
For the new 2024 model year, the company is offering the Superb in 8 color options. Out of these 8, 6 are brand new colors. These colors are namely Purity White, Pebble Silver, Ebony Black, Cobalt Blue, Carmine Red, and Ice Tea Yellow. All of these colors, except white, will have metallic finishes.
2024 Skoda Superb Interior
One of the biggest and most significant changes on the new 2024 Skoda Superb is on the inside. The company has completely changed the interior layout of the sedan, and it now looks a lot more modern and sophisticated. Skoda Auto, in the international markets, will be offering the new Superb with seven different interior design selections. Most likely, the India-spec model will get the newly launched black and dark brown leather upholstered interior.
This new interior features a massive 13-inch infotainment system, which boasts a floating-type design and dominates the center of the dashboard. Just below it are the new and very sleek air conditioning vents and new multifunction smart dials for their control. The new Superb will also get a 10-inch Virtual cockpit in front of the driver, which will display all the important information of the sedan.
Powertrain
Coming to the powertrain side of things, internationally, the new Skoda Superb will be offered with a multitude of engine options. The first option will be a 1.5-litre turbo petrol mild-hybrid option, which will be able to generate 150 PS of power. It will offer a front-wheel-drive layout and a 7-speed DSG transmission. Next up, there will be a 1.5-liter turbo petrol plug-in hybrid model, which will offer 204 PS of power and a 6-speed DSG transmission.
The third and fourth engine options will be 2-liter turbo petrol and diesel engines. The turbo petrol will offer 204 PS of power in the first state of tune, and the more powerful tune will provide 265 PS. It will come with both a front-wheel-drive layout and an all-wheel-drive layout. Both will get 7-speed DSG transmissions. Lastly, there will be two stages of tunes for the 2-liter diesel engine options. The lower power tune variant will offer 150 PS of power, and the more powerful option will offer 193 PS. It will also come with a front-wheel-drive layout and all-wheel-drive layout with a 7-speed DSG transmission.
