Tata Curvv
The Curvv is going to be Tata’s big launch in 2024. The Curvv is going to be Tata’s C-SUV that will take on the Hyundai Creta and likes. It is going to come with EV and ICE powertrains to give a wide array of options to the buyers. Tata is also expected to load it with features to take on the established players in this segment. New cars coming in 2024 – Hyundai Creta facelift
Hyundai is going to unveil the Creta facelift on 16th January 2024. This facelifted model is expected to get a new design and several new features like a digital instrument cluster and ADAS. Hyundai Creta EV
Another update for Creta is going to be an electric version. Hyundai is testing the car and is expected to launch the car by the end of 2024. It is expected to come with a similar design to the Creta facelift with some EV-specific changes. The interiors would be a similar case with some added features. Hyundai Alcazar facelift
Like the Creta, the Alcazar is also expected to get a facelift in 2024. In this facelift, we could see a new front design that could be slightly different from the Creta facelift. New cars coming in 2024 – Kia Sonet facelift
Kia has already unveiled the Sonet facelift in India. The new Sonet get a new design with new DRLs, connected tail lamps and alloy wheels. The interiors get subtle changes like new HVAC controls and upholstery. Feature-wise, the Sonet facelift gets ADAS, digital instrument cluster, rear disc brakes, LED sound ambient lighting, and rear sun blinds. Mahindra’s first big launch next year could be the Thar 5-door. The Indian brand is rigorously testing the car in various parts of the country. The Harrier EV is going to be India’s biggest mass-market EV. It is going to get a design similar to the Harrier facelift with some minor tweaks expected. India’s favourite hatchback is going to get a major upgrade in 2024. Suzuki has already unveiled the car in Japan and has also begun testing the car in India. The XUV300 has been Mahindra’s mainstay in the compact SUV segment. It is going to get a major update in 2023. In the update, we could see a new design. Maruti eVX
Maruti’s first EV in the Indian market is also expected to debut by the end of 2024. Maruti had showcased a more production-ready model at the Tokyo Motor Show. Recently, the eVX was spotted testing in India for the first time. The eVX will be a ground-up EV and is expected to come with a 60kWh battery pack delivering an expected range of 550km. Toyota Fortuner facelift
The Fortuner is not going to get a generational update next year, but rather a minor facelift to keep the SUV fresh. In the facelift, we don’t expect any exterior design changes. Interiors also don’t get any updates, but there are new features like a new 9.0-inch touchscreen system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Mahindra XUV700 update
The competition is finally catching up to the XUV700. To stay one step above, Mahindra is going to update the XUV700 in 2024. In the update, we could see a 6-seater variant with captain seats. Another update for the XUV700 is going to be its electrified version AKA the XUV.e8. Mahindra has already started testing the car in India. From the looks of it, it is going to get some subtle changes over the XUV700. In the interiors, we could see three screens completely covering the dashboard. New-gen Honda Amaze
The Amaze has been Honda’s mainstay in the Indian market. In 2024, it is going to get a generational update. In the update, we can see a new design with LED headlamps and an updated grille. The Astor is struggling to garner sales in the competitive C-SUV segment. So, we expect MG to update the Astor and ZS EV in 2024. In the update, we can see an updated design with new LED headlamps and grille. The interiors of the Astor are already quite well laid out and we don’t expect any major changes. New Volkswagen Tiguan
Globally, Volkswagen has unveiled the all-new Tiguan and it is expected to come to India in 2024. The new Tiguan gets a sporty design with a new grille, LED DRLs and LED headlamps.
