Recently Bajaj has revealed that the upcoming Pulsar N125 will be launched on 16 October. Additionally, the upcoming motorcycle is expected to be a premium commuter with sporty styling elements. Talking about the pricing, the new Bajaj Pulsar is expected to be priced at around Rs 1.2 lakh (on-road, Mumbai) and will compete against the likes of TVS Raider 125 and Hero Xtreme 125R.

Powertrain

Talking about the powertrain, the new Bajaj Pulsar could be powered by an all-new 125cc engine as the manufacturer has not updated the 125cc engine for a long time. There is also a possibility of detuning the 150cc engine offered with the Bajaj Pulsar N150. The engine will be paired with a five-speed gearbox. The all-new Bajaj is expected to be more powerful than the Bajaj Pulsar 125 and the NS125.

Bajaj Pulsar N125 Launch – Design

The new Bajaj Pulsar will get a new sharp design with a muscular fuel tank and a sleek tail section. The new motorcycle gets a different headlight design compared to other Pulsar models. Additionally, the bike gets a single-piece aluminium grab rail, split-seat setup, easy-to-reach single-piece handlebar and mid-set footpegs which should provide an upright riding posture.

The new Pulsar N125 gets equipped with a telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock while the braking duties are handled by a front disc brake and a drum brake at the rear. Bajaj could offer a rear disc brake variant with single channel ABS. In terms of features, the N125 gets a digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity.
