Upcoming Cars Spotted – Hyundai Creta EV 

As we have already tipped that the Hyundai Creta EV will be sharing its design with its ICE iteration. The model will get some EV specific changes like a new design for the alloy wheels, a closed grille on the front along with a dedicated charging spot. On the inside, the Creta EV will borrow features from the ICE models including 10.25-inch infotainment and instrument cluster, front ventilated seats and panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and USB ports. Creta EV is also expected to get a new interior theme along with dynamic comparison. 

Powertrain-wise, Hyundai Creta Ev is expected to get a 45 kWh battery pack which is expected to offer a range of around 450 km, whereas, we can expect a real world range of approximately 350 km. Talking about the launch, Hyundai Creta EV is expected to launch by early 2025. Pricing-wise, Hyundai can launch the Creta EV model between Rs 18 lakh and Rs 25 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).

Kia Carens EV

Upcoming Cars Spotted – Kia Carens EV

The Kia Cares EV, just like the Creta EV will share its details with its ICE iteration. Talking about the launch, the Kia Carens EV is expected to launch after the Creta EV by mid 2025. Looking at other details, Kia Carens EV will be offered in both 6-/7-seating configurations. While the exterior and interior features will be borrowed from the ICE model. Talking about the interiors, some features include dual 10.25 inch screen for infotainment and instrument cluster, 360-degree camera and a panoramic sunroof. Additionally, Carens EV will be getting a range of ADAS features for enhanced safety. 

Talking about the powertrain, the Carens EV will likely share its powertrain with the new Creta EV. Expect the new model to come equipped with a 45 kWh battery pack with a claimed range of around 450 km. Talking about pricing, Kia Carens EV  is expected to be priced between Rs 22 lakh and Rs 26 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
