Scram 411 Design

The Scram 411 is expected to be a road version of Himalayan. However, there is some difference like the wheels, fuel tank and suspension. The scram is expected to get a 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheel with a 300mm disc brake in front and a 240mm disc brake in the rear. The telescopic suspension in the front looks shorter when compared with the Himalayan. The Scram 411 gets mono-shock suspension with adjustable preload in the rear. The handlebar also looks a bit low in height and the headlight design is different than that seen on Himalayan. The upswept design of the exhaust will be the same as seen on Himalayan. A newly designed fuel tank with shrouds is expected to be seen on the Scram 411.

Scram 411 Features

We expect Royal Enfield to offer switchable ABS in the Scram 411. This will enable the bike to be a good off-road motorcycle and also a good motorcycle on city roads. The instrument cluster is expected to be borrowed from Meteor 350 with a tripper navigation system. The riding position will also be similar to that of Meteor 350. The bike will also get grab rails where you can mount your hard case touring panniers and will be offered in spoke wheels as well as alloy wheels.  The bike will also get a list of features similar to the latest motorcycles from Royal Enfield. Feature highlights like – DRL, switchable ABS, Mobile app connectivity, an LED taillight, and a analog speedometer will be seen on the Scram 411 which will have some resemblance with the Meteor 350 and the newly launched Classic 350.

Price in India

The bike is supposed to be in its final stages of road tests and we expect the Scram 411 to be launched in October or November 2021. Royal Enfield will price this bike from Rs 1.95 lakh to Rs 2.05 lakh so that this bike is placed below the existing Himalayan. With this bike Royal Enfield fanboys will get another bike to choose from. We will keep you informed as and when we get more updates on the Scram 411.
